The Math and Science enrichment program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks
Students from native villages in the Alaskan bush spend a week at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks and learn from scientists about local science. This article won a writing award at the transatlantic idea contest "USAble", sponsored by the Körber Foundation, Germany, 2002.
